Actually, men who sleep with lots of women are NOT called ‘man-whores’ except maybe by you, Confessor.  Men are EXPECTED to have sex with lots of women, and they’re not considered promiscuous.  However, if a woman (like Isabela) likes to have sex with men, and isn’t interested in a long term relationship, or marriage, she’s labeled a slut, a whore, and various other terms that are deemed uncomplimentary.  Isabela is Isabela.  She likes sex, she’s sexy, and she has no problem with using these things to get what she wants.  It’s part of who she is, but that doesn’t make her a slut.  It makes her herself.  I think it’s really demeaning to drop a label like that on a complicated character like Isabela.

I mean, look at it, she was married, endured BAD SEX for several years with a man she couldn’t stand…until Zevran killed her husband.  Then she’s suddenly able to live her life to the fittest, as she sees fit, and damn if she doesn’t do what she wants how she wants.  Don’t diminish her by labeling her because of one facet of her character.
